Prepare for adventure and to go back 900 years to a mystical time of knights and dragons, castles and jousting tournaments. We're holding a medieval-themed District camp at the end of May 2010. The camp will take place at Wasing Park, near Aldermaston.
Taceham Hundred District invites all its members to the camp. Cubs, Scouts and Explorers will camp for three days (Friday 28- Monday 31 May 2010); Beavers will visit for a whole day of adventure (Sunday 30 May).
The weekend's programme will revolve around a number of zones, including Alchemy, Armoury and the Forge. There'll be the opportunity to lock your leaders up in the stocks, you'll be able to shoot arrows (just like Robin Hood), and we may even see a damsel in distress at the top of the tower. Visit the blacksmith and make fire, enjoy the medieval banquet and enjoy the quest to find a dragon!

These were presented to Alex, Joseph, and Darryl by Pete Kearley DC.
Well Done to the Beavers and a Big Thank You to all the Leaders involved!
